These terms govern the use of the Notymas site (notymas.com). By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use the site.

1. The service

Notymas is a news portal that publishes articles with the original video embedded from its source platform. Access to the content is free for readers and is funded by advertising.

2. Use of the site

The user agrees to:

• Use the site in accordance with the law and these terms.
• Not carry out actions that harm the site's operation or attempt to access restricted areas.
• Not generate artificial, automated or fraudulent traffic (for example, via bots or non-genuine clicks/visits).

3. Editor accounts

• Registering as an editor requires truthful data and email verification.
• The editor is responsible for the content they create and the links they publish.
• Earnings are credited based on valid advertising impressions, under a cost-per-thousand-impressions (CPM) model. Impressions from invalid traffic, excluded countries, desktop devices, or VPN/proxy connections are not counted.
• The referral system grants a configurable commission on the earnings of referred users.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount and are processed manually.
• Using fraudulent methods to inflate impressions or referrals may result in the loss of the balance and suspension of the account.

4. Third-party content

The site references and links to content hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube). Notymas does not own that content and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

5. Advertising

The site displays advertising from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or for their destination sites.

6. Intellectual property

The Notymas brand, the site design, and the texts we produce are protected. Their reproduction without authorization is not permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Notymas does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, nor is it liable for damages arising from the use of the site or third-party content.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, especially in cases of fraud or invalid traffic.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with that law.
